The agency was owned and operated by Glenn W. Bryant and his wife Dorothy from 1987 to 2016. Glenn and Dorothy are life-long residents of Murphysboro. They carried on the tradition of unsurpassed quality in service established by Glenn's father over a half century ago. Glenn and Dorthy both retired from the agency in the fall of 2016.

The agency was founded by John W. Bryant in 1959, as a full service, all lines agency. John grew the agency and worked until he retired in 1986.

The agency is now owned and operated by Kirk S. Caskey.  Kirk and his wife Nancy are life-long residents of the Murphysboro area. Kirk grew up close-by in Carbondale, and his wife Nancy grew up in Murphysboro. They now live in Murphysboro with their two sons Joel and Matthew.

Kirk has a business and technical background. He hopes to bring his past experience into the insurance industry and help carry on the tradition of personal service established by the Bryant family.
